Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

About the role

Omega CRM, a leader in Customer Experience services, is looking for a Backend Developer with strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise. You will join a cross‑functional team to design, build, and maintain high‑performance APIs that power our CRM and marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in technical design and estimate effort for projects.
• Develop, test, and document RESTful APIs using Node.js, TypeScript and Express.js.
• Maintain PostgreSQL databases, including data modelling, triggers and functions.
• Implement caching and session management with Redis.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet security and performance standards.
• Provide technical support, resolve issues, and monitor system performance.
• Produce technical documentation and adhere to software quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of professional experience as a backend or software developer.
• Proven client‑facing experience, able to communicate requirements and solutions clearly.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
