Baggage Porter (Mozo de Equipajes)

About the role

The Baggage Porter supports the reception and concierge teams in a busy Barceló hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You will be responsible for handling guests’ luggage, ensuring its safe transport and storage, and providing courteous assistance throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist reception and concierge with guest services and security of hotel facilities.
• Control, store and transport guests’ luggage within the hotel and at entry points.
• Perform simple tasks and errands both inside and outside the property.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in reception and concierge areas.
• Monitor installations and report incidents to the appropriate department.
• Manage the entry and exit of goods, suppliers and personnel.
• Drive, park, and safeguard guests’ vehicles upon request.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Valid driving licence.
