Bellhop (Botones) – Hotel in Tenerife

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bellhop (Botones) to join our team at a Barceló hotel in Tenerife. You will support front‑desk operations, assist guests with their luggage, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with reception and concierge tasks and monitor hotel facilities, equipment and materials.
• Control, store and transport guests' luggage within the hotel or to the entrance.
• Carry out simple errands and tasks both inside and outside the property.
• Help keep reception and concierge areas tidy and clean.
• Monitor the premises and report any incidents to the appropriate department.
• Control the entry and exit of objects, goods, suppliers and staff.
• Drive, park and guard guests' vehicles upon request, ensuring their safety.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Valid driving licence.
