Bid Manager

About the role

Trama TecnoAmbiental (TTA) is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join its Commercial Department in Barcelona. The role focuses on creating competitive, high‑quality proposals for international tenders, especially from multilateral and institutional clients such as the World Bank, the UN and the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Define proposal concept and structure by analysing client needs and RFP documents.
• Lead end‑to‑end proposal planning, set timelines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Coordinate inputs from Team Leaders, Bid Writers, subject‑matter experts, partners and external consultants.
• Author or critically review proposals and budgets, ensuring technical robustness and commercial viability.
• Provide strategic advice on bid positioning, partner selection and methodology choices.
• Manage final submission logistics, including editing, compilation and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bid or proposal management, preferably in the renewable‑energy or engineering consulting sector.
• Strong understanding of international tender processes and evaluation criteria.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, evaluator‑focused content.
