Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

About the role

Join Netzon Group’s international team in Barcelona as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading footwear brand, handling inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Act as a product expert, delivering accurate information about footwear products and services.
• Identify root causes of customer problems and propose personalized solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Represent the brand positively, reinforcing its values in every conversation.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong empathy and ability to handle sensitive calls.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Omnichannel communication (phone, email, chat, social media).
