Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

About the role

Donaldson is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its Industrial Solutions Customer Service team in Terrassa, near Barcelona. The role focuses on handling purchase orders and building strong relationships with French‑speaking customers, supporting the company’s growth in France.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and online support to customers and internal teams.
• Handle and resolve inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Process order information received via email or verbally, ensuring accuracy.
• Enter order data into company systems and keep records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service, or administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Team player who adapts quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Outlook.
