Booking Services Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Booking Services Coordinator to support our clients throughout the entire reservation process. In this fully remote position you will research options, coordinate bookings, and ensure all details are accurate and communicated clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client needs and preferences to tailor booking options.
• Research and evaluate available services and alternatives.
• Coordinate reservation requests and manage booking details.
• Review all information for accuracy and provide confirmations.
• Assist clients with changes, special requests, and follow‑up inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and booking records.
• Communicate with service providers before and after reservations.
• Provide professional support throughout the client journey.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with reliable follow‑up.
• Comfortable researching information online and learning new web‑based platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or administrative roles is a plus.
