Boutique Assistant Intern

About the role

Cartier, a world‑leading luxury Maison in jewelry and watches, is seeking a passionate Boutique Assistant Intern to join its Barcelona boutique. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will welcome clients, support sales associates, and help maintain the boutique’s high standards of service and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, managing waiting times and providing information about the Maison.
• Assist sales associates during sales, including gift‑wrapping and discreet support tasks.
• Execute quick client services such as cordon changes and other on‑site requests.
• Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, supporting daily set‑up and break‑down for opening and closing.
• Handle daily replenishment of floor supplies (shopping bags, catalogues, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer focus, team spirit, and a genuine passion for luxury and the Cartier brand.
• Currently enrolled in an educational institution.
