Brand & Communication Specialist

About the role

Quadpack is seeking a Brand & Communication Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high‑impact events and communication initiatives across all regions. You will be responsible for ensuring product launches, promotions, and brand activations are delivered flawlessly and align with the company’s global brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of events, including stand design, product showcasing, promotion, and on‑site logistics.
• Plan, coordinate, and support campaigns such as product launches, promotions, and regional brand activations.
• Develop communication strategies linked to events and brand activations to ensure coherent messaging.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, PR, sales, internal communication, and design teams for internal alignment.
• Brief and coordinate creation of sales and event support materials (brochures, presentations, printed assets, product sheets).
• Oversee digital asset creation in partnership with the Digital Manager, ensuring consistency with external communication guidelines.
• Monitor communication and event budgets, create and follow order processes in SAP, and maintain structured project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end event execution.
• Experience coordinating product launches and brand activations.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail in budget tracking and project documentation.
