Brand & Content Manager

About the role

Belari is looking for a Brand & Content Manager to shape and grow its visual and editorial identity across digital channels. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with the founder and creative team to build a strong, design‑focused brand presence from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the content strategy for showroom shoots, video production and paid media.
• Create engaging formats for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms, turning product renders into high‑performing assets.
• Own and grow Belari’s organic presence on Instagram and Pinterest, building editorial calendars and measuring performance.
• Design and manage a micro‑influencer program, sourcing creators, handling collaborations and nurturing long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor trends, adapt them to the brand’s aesthetic and continuously improve reach and engagement.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, influencer marketing or brand management.
• Strong aesthetic sense and passion for design, interiors, fashion or lifestyle.
• Proactive, fast‑moving and capable of turning ideas into execution.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
