About the role
Codeway is looking for a Brand Graphic Designer to join its in‑house creative studio. You will shape the visual language that represents the company across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and memorable brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design across all brand touchpoints, including social content, event materials, printed details, website visuals, merchandise, and presentations.
- Maintain visual consistency and high‑quality standards from brief to final output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organizing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, refining concepts until they achieve clarity and impact.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the creative process and explore visual directions.
Required profile
- Strong eye for typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment and balance several priorities.
- Commitment to delivering cohesive brand experiences.
Required skills
- Graphic design expertise (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
