Business Development Associate – New Hotel Partners (Albanian + Additional Language)

About the role

Expedia Group's Travel Partnerships & Advertising (TPA) team brings lodging supply onto its platform. This Business Development Associate joins the New Partners Acquisition team and supports the set-up and onboarding of conventional lodging properties in an assigned territory. You will reach out to prospective hotel partners, explain Expedia Group's value proposition and turn qualified leads into partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business through proactive outreach such as cold calling, email and events, presenting the company's value proposition
• Convert outreach into partnerships by qualifying opportunities, handling objections, negotiating standard terms and completing contracts and onboarding checklists
• Ensure partners are ready for launch by improving listing quality, inventory availability, pricing and adoption of recommended offers
• Build and maintain a pipeline aligned to territory goals, using CRM with good hygiene and cadence
• Share insights on market trends, competitors and partner needs, and use data to propose actions that improve partner performance
• Work with Operations/Integrations to remove onboarding blockers and seek coaching from peers and managers

Required profile

• 1-2 years of B2B sales, business development or market development experience; marketplace or travel/hospitality exposure preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in Albanian, English and one additional language

Required skills

• Strong communication, discovery and objection-handling skills
• Familiarity with CRM usage, territory planning and basic sales forecasting
