Business Development Manager – eCommerce (Amazon)

About the role

Revlon is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of its online business across the Mass Beauty portfolio. This high‑impact position will drive eCommerce performance, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance the consumer experience on Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of the Mass Beauty portfolio on Amazon with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with brand priorities, pricing, and profitability goals.
• Drive sales and market share through assortment optimization, promotional planning, and new product launches.
• Serve as the primary contact for eCommerce partners and internal stakeholders, managing joint business plans, negotiations, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Optimize the digital shelf with best‑in‑class content, imagery, SEO, and A+ content to improve conversion and brand representation.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure commercial execution and operational excellence.
• Stay current on eCommerce trends, retail media developments, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing eCommerce business on Amazon with P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving, global beauty environment.
