Business Development Manager – TikTok LIVE (Madrid, Spanish)

About the role

TikTok’s LIVE Operations team is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand the TikTok LIVE ecosystem across Spain. You will identify, recruit and nurture emerging agencies, entrepreneurs and organisations, turning them into high‑potential partners that drive growth and engagement on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and strategically recruit emerging agencies, entrepreneurs and organisations in Spain to join TikTok LIVE.
• Leverage a strong network of entrepreneurs to spot partners with high growth potential.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies for agency partners aligned with TikTok LIVE goals.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with TikTok’s objectives.
• Provide insights to optimise partnership acquisition and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support partner success.
• Stay updated on market trends and entrepreneurial developments in Spain.
• Organise events and informal coffee chats to engage the entrepreneurial community.

Required profile

• Fluent written and oral Spanish.
• Proven track record in business development or sales within social media, tech or entrepreneurial sectors.
• Strong network of entrepreneurs and/or agencies across Spain.
• Ability to identify and acquire high‑potential partners.
• Results‑driven with strong analytical and decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
