Business Development Representative – French Market

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Reviewpro team in Barcelona. The role focuses on the French‑speaking market, driving new business through outbound outreach, scheduling online demos, and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create a business plan and identify new opportunities.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls to qualify leads and achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations for French‑speaking prospects.
• Maintain and develop relationships with current customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate and timely information.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and fluent English.
• Proven experience in remote sales or business development.
• Results‑driven, proactive, and persistent attitude.
• Clear, professional communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Positive “can‑do” mindset and ability to work under pressure.
