Business Development Representative – French Market

About the role

Pack is a people‑development platform helping companies map skills, identify gaps and create personalized development plans. We are expanding into the French Learning & Development market and need a Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities and book meetings with HR leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls focused on cold calling French‑speaking prospects.
• Book meetings with HR decision‑makers and senior leaders.
• Test scripts, objections and messaging in real‑time to improve conversion.
• Support call activity with LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Track performance metrics and activity in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with strong English (minimum B2).
• Proven ability to make cold calls and handle objections.
• Self‑starter mindset, curiosity and resilience.
• Passion for fast‑paced startup environments and continuous learning.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM experience).
