Business Development Representative – French Market

About the role

As a member of Youtrust’s outbound sales team, you will drive growth in the French market by prospecting, qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You will become the go‑to expert on e‑signature solutions and represent the company to small‑ and medium‑size businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key decision‑makers within targeted SMBs through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, networking).
• Master Youtrust’s value proposition, pitch, objection handling and messaging to generate interest.
• Own and continuously optimise acquisition channels to build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Operations team on lead generation, sales automation and CRM enhancements.
• Maintain high‑quality CRM data, forecast revenue and document daily activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including cold‑calling (internships count).
• Native‑level French and fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
• Strong communicator, adaptable, organised and self‑motivated.
• Tech‑savvy with a willingness to learn sales tools quickly.
