Business Development Representative - French Speaker

About the role

OneTrust is seeking a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in the Spanish market. As an outbound BDR you will open doors with target accounts, create meaningful first conversations, and qualify prospects for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and engage prospective customers in French and English.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and social channels to generate qualified meetings.
• Own the named‑account strategy and communicate with C‑level and senior decision‑makers.
• Coordinate calls and demos between prospects and Account Executives.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and track activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prospects receive accurate product information.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, creative problem‑solver with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Organized, consistent mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
