About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Manager to lead all core functions of our Málaga operation. The role combines financial oversight, operational management, payroll administration, and human‑resource coordination to drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Select, hire, and supervise staff across all business areas.
Coordinate onboarding and continuous training for new and existing employees.
Implement pricing strategies and steer the business toward aggressive growth targets.
Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare budgets, manage financial reporting, and oversee payroll processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in general business management.
Proven ability to develop staff, conduct training, and make independent judgments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
