Business Process Manager - Sales Back‑office

About the role

Getinge is seeking a Business Process Manager for its Sales Back‑office to align global sales processes with strategic initiatives such as the S4Future program. The role focuses on analyzing, harmonising and automating end‑to‑end sales processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, AI‑enabled automation and the GForce platform to boost operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Sales back‑office process topics and the main interface with the S4Future programme.
• Collaborate with Global Sales & Service Transformation, IT and key stakeholders to drive process harmonisation and adoption of new solutions.
• Collect and analyse process data, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA capabilities and best practices.
• Identify AI, automation and GForce opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and lead training programmes for key users.
• Support change‑management initiatives, provide documentation and define KPI metrics to measure impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, process management or ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in end‑to‑end business process mapping, optimisation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience coordinating UAT, training and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication and change‑management skills.
