About the role

We are looking for a Business Recruiter to partner with our business leaders and drive end‑to‑end hiring across sales, marketing, finance, operations and HR. You will shape a data‑driven recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to define role scopes and develop sourcing strategies.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation.
• Qualify candidates independently, reducing reliance on translated requirements.
• Design and implement systematic, data‑driven hiring processes aligned with company goals.
• Expand and maintain a network of top‑tier business talent for current and future needs.
• Strengthen employer branding to position the company as a top employer for business professionals.
• Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities across the hiring lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
• Proven in‑house recruiting experience for business roles at a high‑growth company.
• Broad knowledge across business disciplines such as compliance, risk, marketing, finance, operations and HR.
• Ability to assess candidate strength and cultural fit without simplified role requirements.
• Commercial literacy and the capacity to engage business leaders as peers.
• Track record of building pipelines from scratch and managing commercial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated delivery on key hiring metrics (time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, conversion, offer acceptance).
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, communication and writing skills.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Fluency in English.
