Business Strategy Consultant

About the role

Verisure is looking for talented, innovative and passionate Business Strategy Consultants to drive growth and create impact across its fast‑growing security services business. You will work on high‑visibility projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and develop expertise in international market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and open operations in new countries, building on Verisure’s presence in 18 markets.
• Develop and implement Go‑To‑Market strategies for recently opened countries.
• Design and roll out new brand positioning, sales methodology and supporting tools tailored to local realities.
• Collaborate with creative design teams to produce selling materials.
• Refine selling processes and tools across countries.
• Define strategies for adjacent business opportunities beyond the core alarm offering.
• Work with product development teams on new product pilots, coordination, monitoring and feedback in expansion markets.
• Identify ways to add value for existing clients and lead pricing strategy initiatives.
• Lead global HR strategy initiatives, including People Analytics, Employee Value Proposition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects.
