About the role

Join the team at Hotel Occidental Mar Menor, part of the Barceló Group, as a waiter/waitress. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools to guarantee smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP training.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of mixology and restaurant operations is valued.
• Team‑player with ability to work under stress, good personal image, and strong customer orientation.
