About the role

Join the Royal Hideaway Luxury Resort in Santa Cruz de Tenerife as a professional waiter, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our international guests. You will work in a dynamic, upscale environment where attention to detail and excellent customer care are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and related equipment.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools to guarantee optimal service conditions.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP training.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Preferred knowledge of mixology, restaurant operations, and general hospitality practices.
• Strong teamwork orientation, stress tolerance, agility, and a well‑groomed personal image.
• Excellent social skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
