About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter to join Barceló Hotels in the province of Alicante. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and sell food and beverages in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary, and provide direct assistance during their meal.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and clean work areas and equipment to ensure smooth service operations.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hospitality) and HACCP certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑player attitude, ability to work under stress, good personal image and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
• Cocktail preparation (valued).
