Category Supply Planner

About the role

As a Category Supply Planner you will be the central coordinator of the NP EUR Hub supply network, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while minimizing waste and cost. You will work within a dynamic ZEUR NP Operations team, collaborating with suppliers, procurement and internal stakeholders to continuously improve supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage replenishment for the NP EUR Hub to maintain optimal stock levels and high customer service.
• Proactively oversee critical supply lines, partnering with suppliers and internal teams to prevent service failures.
• Develop and implement innovative supply‑chain solutions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers to drive operational improvements.
• Coordinate product launches, relaunches and delistings together with Project Managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, production, or import/export.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Experience with IMS processes and supply planning is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, coaching capabilities and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
