Change Management & Salesforce Adoption Consultant

About the role

Omega CRM is seeking a Change Management and Digital Adoption Consultant to work on‑site in Madrid for a major Salesforce implementation. You will co‑create and deploy communication, training, and support plans, acting as the visible link between end users and the technical project team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch internal communication assets (newsletters, infographics, teasers) to keep users informed and motivated.
• Create agile training materials (quick guides, visual manuals, short videos) and deliver engaging on‑site workshops.
• Provide hands‑on support at the client’s offices, resolve daily user queries, and manage resistance.
• Track and report progress on training plans, attendance, and user blockers.
• Support and enable identified super‑users (Change Champions) to assist their peers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience delivering change management, digital adoption, or internal training initiatives in technology projects.
• Functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (navigation, object logic, standard processes, basic reports/dashboards).
• Excellent public speaking, group facilitation, and writing skills.
• Highly organized, methodical, and proactive with a focus on delivery and KPI tracking.
• Full professional proficiency in English is a plus.
• Availability to work 100% on‑site in Madrid during key project phases.
