Channel Manager – Cluster Commercial North Area

About the role

The Channel Manager will be responsible for keeping the hotel's rates, offers, and availability up‑to‑date across all online distribution channels and the Property Management System (PMS). You will ensure that content on the hotel’s own website and third‑party platforms is attractive and accurate, while safeguarding the agreements signed with distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update rates, availability, restrictions, supplements, discounts and complementary offers on all sales channels.
• Ensure the hotels are active on Barcelo.com, call centre, OTA wholesale platforms and reservation centres.
• Manage offers, packages, upselling options and promotional codes across channels.
• Implement individual and corporate campaigns, review photos and content on Barcelo.com and OTAs.
• Monitor sales closures, apply correct cancellation and no‑show policies, and verify distributor compliance with quotas and contractual terms.
