About the role

Join CI Games to help shape the future of gaming through high‑energy cinematic sequences. You will work on ambitious projects slated for 2026‑2028, collaborating with a talented, inclusive team.

Key responsibilities

• Animate characters and props for cinematic sequences focusing on high‑energy action and storytelling.
• Use Maya to create, refine, and polish animation before integration into Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with cinematic artists to choreograph action‑driven moments that emphasize clarity and drama.
• Apply technical animation skills, including rigging, skinning characters/props for cinematic use, and cleaning up motion‑capture data.
• Troubleshoot and optimise animation pipelines between Maya and Unreal Engine.

Required profile

• Proven experience in character animation for games or film with a focus on cinematic work.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality cinematic animation.
• Experience with motion‑capture cleanup and implementation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Based in Spain.
