Civil Manager – Wind Projects

About the role

Enfinity Global is seeking a senior Civil Manager to lead the execution, quality, and safety of civil works for wind power projects. The role covers turbine‑generator (WTG) foundations, crane pads, internal roads, buildings and power‑system‑support (PSS) civil works across multiple OEMs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute WTG foundations for various OEMs, adhering to design tolerances and quality standards.
• Manage the full civil scope, including foundations, crane pads, roads, culverts, drainage, control rooms, O&M buildings and PSS structures.
• Coordinate geotechnical testing and validation to ensure foundation design readiness.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, inspection‑test plans and method statements, and witness concrete cube tests.
• Lead quality‑control processes, identify NCRs, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce HSE plans and promote a zero‑harm safety culture on site.
• Collaborate daily with the Site Manager and Project Manager for planning, progress monitoring and issue resolution.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors and site resources, and interface with OEMs, QA/QC, HSE teams and client representatives.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 13+ years of experience in wind‑power civil projects.
• Proven experience managing multi‑OEM WTG foundation execution.
