Client Experience Host

About the role

As a Client Experience Host you will be the main point of contact for guests on the boutique floor, delivering a seamless and memorable luxury experience. You will work closely with the retail team to anticipate client needs, manage appointments and provide concierge‑style support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and host clients, creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Anticipate and fulfil client requests, elevating service standards.
• Manage the queue system and monitor appointment attendance and purchases.
• Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to understand client histories and support successful appointments.
• Provide soft‑concierge services such as transport arrangements, local reservations and recommendations.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures and client service standards.

Required profile

• Exceptional client‑service mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Experience in a luxury retail or high‑end hospitality environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, proactive and organisational abilities.
• Intercultural sensitivity and fluency in English and Spanish.
• Enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences and continuous personal growth.
