Clinical Independent Rater - Spanish Speaker

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Clinical Independent Rater who speaks Spanish, working remotely from Madrid. As a Clinical Specialist, you review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized assessment practices and the integrity of clinical trial data. The role is estimated at 10 to 16 hours per month.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in all required orientation, training and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, making sure all relevant documents and scale items are ready.
• Conduct live interactions with raters, giving feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Additional tasks may include helping with communication materials and documentation.

Required profile

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work (or equivalent); MD, DO or PhD preferred.
• At least 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CSSRS, CGI).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research); CNS trial experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and native-level Spanish.

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
