About the role

Join Barceló Hotel Group for a hands‑on internship in the Occidental Hotel located in a cliffside village. You will rotate through multiple hotel departments, gaining practical experience while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in housekeeping, front‑desk, restaurant, bar, and kitchen areas.
• Support maintenance, guest experience, and commercial & events teams.
• Participate in reservations, revenue management, and economato‑administration tasks.
• Apply academic knowledge to real‑world hotel functions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational program, bachelor’s or master’s degree related to hospitality or tourism.
• Willingness to sign a training agreement with your educational institution.
• Any specific requirements will be communicated per department.
