About the role

The Breakfast Cook will join the culinary team at Royal Hideaway Corales Villas, preparing and delivering high‑quality breakfast dishes for hotel guests. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes according to the technical sheets of the set menu.
• Ensure the kitchen functions correctly and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food following established standards and orders.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• HACCP (APPCC) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• No language requirement.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is valued.
