About the role

This Commercial Graduate Scheme is designed for recent graduates who are fluent in German and want to launch a career in a fast‑growing tech business. You will join a brand‑new team focused on expanding the company’s presence across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio to engage prospects confidently.
• Contact inbound prospects, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client and prospect sites regularly, negotiate and close contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Coordinate contractual changes with existing customers and support post‑sale activities.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven aptitude for learning new concepts quickly and adapting to change.
