Commercial Learning & Development Coordinator Graduate

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive graduate to join Boston Scientific’s Commercial Learning & Development team in Madrid. The role offers exposure to learning operations, digital platform management, and commercial capability building within a global medical-device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage digital learning activities on LMS platforms, including course creation, content uploads, learner enrolment, cohort management and completion tracking.
• Support the design and build of commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching experiences for sales teams.
• Coordinate training communications throughout the campaign lifecycle, from launch emails to reminders and follow-ups.
• Organise live and virtual learning sessions, handling scheduling, invitations, agendas and logistics.
• Monitor learner progress, identify gaps, and prepare reports on participation, completion and feedback.
• Assist with localisation of learning materials by managing translation workflows with agencies and local stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, medical education and sales teams to keep learning projects on track and delivered to high standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Digital Learning, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, task lists and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in the medical-device industry and commercial enablement.
• Positive, dependable and team-oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate 360.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems.
• Competence in Microsoft 365 suite.
