About the role
Applus+ is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to strengthen its commercial organisation. You will support leadership by structuring operating rhythms, improving sales processes and tools, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Design, coordinate and continuously improve commercial operating rhythms such as performance reviews, forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews and commercial planning.
- Map, standardise and optimise key sales and commercial processes, partnering with internal stakeholders to enhance CRM workflows and supporting tools.
- Drive adoption of systems, data standards and best practices, ensuring CRM hygiene, data quality and integrity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead iterative improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other teams to align metrics, definitions and timelines.
- Facilitate preparation for commercial reviews and track follow‑up actions.
- Support onboarding and training related to CRM, reporting tools and sales processes.
Required profile
- Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields; postgraduate education is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations or similar roles.
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements and operational excellence.
- Experience working in international, multi‑country environments.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
