Commercial Systems Trainee – Revenue Systems

About the role

Join the Revenue Team at Radisson Hotel Group’s centre of excellence in Madrid as a Commercial Systems Trainee. You will support the implementation and accuracy of revenue strategies across key hotel systems, ensuring the right price reaches the right customer at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Load and manage new rate requests, including corporate, group, loyalty, and promotional rates.
• Adjust and review rates and availability via CRS, channel manager, and operator extranets.
• Implement RMS pricing recommendations, restrictions, and parity across all channels.
• Conduct regular audits to verify CRS accuracy.
• Support revenue‑optimization projects such as new pricing models and room‑type configurations.
