Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the communication strategy for our products, ensuring messaging drives user engagement and business growth.
• Create compelling content across social media, blogs, in‑app messages, and email, leveraging AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency.
• Manage online communities and strengthen product perception to increase customer trust and adoption.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends; define and track communication success metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
