Communications Specialist – Digital Services

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Digital Services team as a Communications Specialist. You will design and deliver media‑relations, government‑affairs and internal communications campaigns that support the company’s transformation and growth in the snacking market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and integrate communications activities, including content development, publishing and measurement.
• Manage owned communication channels and maintain the communications calendar with input from leadership and project teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 corporate media, government officials and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Global Communications Lead in developing the annual communications plan.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to produce copy for internal campaigns, articles and HR communications.
• Lead recognition, capability and HR communication initiatives across the MDS organization.

Required profile

• Experience in communications, preferably within a large, matrixed multinational.
• Background in government affairs or issues management.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Results‑oriented, hands‑on mentality and ability to work under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity, change agility and excellent time‑management.
