Communications Specialist

About the role

The Communications Specialist will lead the creation of engaging content that aligns with Bunge’s global narrative and brand. This role supports business priorities by developing and executing targeted communication programs across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and update content for intranet articles, digital signage, emails, press releases, social media, newsletters, presentations, and scripts.
• Manage and enhance the mix of communication channels, introducing new technologies and approaches to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Generate regular performance reports, leveraging modern tools and AI to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with business units, functions, and the internal communicator network to ensure message alignment across regions.
• Maintain the regional editorial calendar for content and events, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• Self‑starter with high accountability, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient English (C1) with proven storytelling and reporting capabilities.
