Community Host/Driver

About the role

Brisa is seeking energetic and reliable individuals to serve as Community Hosts and Drivers for its premium electric mobility service in the Higuerón community. You will provide safe, friendly transportation while delivering a resort‑style experience to members.

Key responsibilities

• Transport members safely throughout the Higuerón community using Brisa electric vehicles.
• Greet members, assist with boarding and exiting, and ensure a pleasant ride experience.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, charge levels, and readiness for service.
• Follow scheduled shifts, routes, and respond to ride requests via the Brisa app.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Represent Brisa professionally and positively at all times.

Required profile

• Valid Spanish driving licence (or equivalent recognised in Spain).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
