Community Manager – Automotive Brand

About the role

As a Community Manager you will be the voice of a premium automotive brand on social media, shaping brand stories and driving engagement for the Madrid audience. You will work within a digital‑first team, creating high‑quality, on‑brand content and fostering a vibrant online community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to community members promptly and professionally, managing user interactions across platforms.
• Plan, schedule and publish daily content while preserving the brand’s unique voice.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and produce engaging local content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Translate and draft compelling copy in English and Portuguese from scratch.
• Partner with the data team to analyse performance metrics, extract insights and optimise future content.
• Identify local trends and cultural moments to create timely, creative content opportunities.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English with strong creative writing and proofreading abilities.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar social‑media/editorial role.
• Deep understanding of social‑media platforms, algorithms and best practices for audience engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work across design, project‑management and data teams.
• Bonus: experience with luxury lifestyle or automotive brands and expertise in content optimisation and brand consistency.
