About the role
Rednote is expanding its global community and seeks a Spain‑based Community Manager to shape and grow its creator ecosystem. You will be the local champion, connecting authentic cultural voices with the platform’s worldwide audience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own Spain’s creator network – recruit, onboard, and manage partnerships across key verticals.
- Execute creator marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, handling sourcing, briefing, contracting, content review, and performance reporting.
- Plan and produce community events and creator activations throughout Spain.
- Collaborate remotely with the US marketing team to adapt global strategy for the Spanish market and report on activity, output, and ROI.
- Serve as the local cultural expert, surfacing real‑time creator trends and market signals to the global team.
Required profile
- 4+ years in creator partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, or community building with a proven track record of building creator networks from scratch.
- Demonstrated ability to run end‑to‑end campaigns from brief to reporting.
- Experience planning and delivering events or community activations.
- Existing relationships in the Spanish creator space or the credibility to develop them quickly.
- Comfortable working remotely with a US‑based team, proactive communicator fluent in asynchronous workflows.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Background with consumer or social platforms such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Reddit, or Pinterest is a strong plus.
