Concierge Intern - Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, reopened in August 2024 after an extensive restoration, is looking for a Concierge Intern for Season 2027. The intern supports the concierge and guest services team in delivering personalized service, gaining hands-on experience in luxury hospitality and learning about the destination, guest service standards and Concierge operations under the guidance of the Concierge team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized recommendations and destination guidance on attractions, restaurants, cultural experiences, outdoor activities, wellness and bespoke excursions.
• Arrange guest requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation, yacht charters, tours, spa appointments, activities and special events.
• Handle special requests and bespoke arrangements for VIP guests, celebrations, family travel and milestone occasions.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly through in person, telephone, email and messaging channels.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of resort facilities, services and the local area, and document guest preferences in hotel systems.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors and local service providers, and work with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
• Support daily Concierge operations, including opening and closing procedures, checklists, reports, shift handovers and follow-up on outstanding requests.
• Assist with confirmations, vouchers, invoicing and billing verification, and monitor guest arrangements and feedback.
• Drive resort vehicles or buggies within the property when required and authorized.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to complete an internship in Spain.
• Interest in Mallorca, its restaurants, attractions, events and local experiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
• Customer service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, discretion and cultural awareness.
