About the role

Alsa is looking for passionate drivers to operate long‑distance routes from Burgos to destinations such as Madrid, Vitoria, San Sebastián and Santander. You will join a professional team and work with the most advanced fleet in passenger transport.

Key responsibilities

• Drive scheduled long‑distance services safely and on time.
• Perform pre‑trip vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Follow assigned rotating day and night shift patterns.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety.

Required profile

• Valid D driving licence, CAP for passengers and tachograph card.
• At least 10 points on the driving licence.
• Residence in Burgos or surrounding area.
• Previous experience driving buses or trucks is valued.
