Conductor/a de autobús – Transfer y rutas escolares

About the role

Alsa is looking for professional drivers to operate transfers, discretionary services, excursions and school routes on the island of Tenerife. The position is based in Las Chafiras (south of the island) and offers a dynamic, full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate buses safely on transfer, excursion and school routes across Tenerife.
• Follow assigned shift patterns, including morning, afternoon and occasional night shifts.
• Maintain compliance with traffic regulations, company policies and passenger safety standards.
• Use the tachograph card to record driving times accurately.

Required profile

• Valid D driving licence and CAP (Passenger Transport) certification.
• Tachograph card holder.
• At least 10 points on the driving licence.
• Residency in the southern area of Tenerife.
• Previous experience driving professional vehicles is a plus.

Required skills

• Safe and defensive driving techniques.
• Ability to operate modern and electric bus fleets.
