Construction Manager – Castellón / Alcúdia

About the role

Join Siemens Energy’s civil works team as a Construction Manager overseeing projects in Castellón and Alcúdia. You will coordinate site activities, work closely with civil field engineers, and act as the main liaison between customers, contractors, and the Civil Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil site team activities and ensure effective collaboration with customers and contractors.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support civil field engineers to guarantee contractor compliance with technical specifications, QA/QC, HSE standards, and timelines.
• Oversee subcontractor certifications, field quality plans, constructability reviews, and NCR follow‑up.
• Provide regular reporting on HSE, quality, progress, risks, and contractor performance to the General Site Manager and Civil PM.
• Conduct hands‑on site visits, resolve construction issues, and ensure adherence to HSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in civil construction and HSE, including earthworks, foundations, and prefabricated buildings.
• At least 3 years of experience managing subcontractors and customers in a construction environment.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel to sites within Spain every other week.
