Construction Site Coordinator

About the role

Botres is looking for a Construction Site Coordinator to lead the execution phase of renewable‑energy projects across Europe. You will work directly on‑site, ensuring that biogas and other renewable installations are built safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on the Spanish project site.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with HSE regulations.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
• Conduct site inspections, safety walks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Report progress, issues, and safety topics to project management.
• Support commissioning, hand‑over, and start‑up phases.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager or Project Manager in industrial or EPC environments.
• Strong HSE background with relevant certifications or safety training.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time on‑site.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
