About the role
Lilly Spain's Consumer team works at the intersection of patient health communication and brand building in obesity, a chronic condition affecting around 8 million people in Spain and still underdiagnosed. The student will collaborate on three projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, working directly with external agencies (Ogilvy, Publicis) and cross-functional teams (Medical, Legal, Compliance).
Key responsibilities
- Execute and follow up the obesity consumer campaign: calendar, agencies and KPIs.
- Manage the ambassador program operationally: agenda, reach metrics and EMV, and compliance.
- Analyse audiences and patient profiles using campaign data, brand studies and segmentation.
Required profile
- Interest in marketing, health communication or data analysis.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
